My nickname is Iris Elise. Most of the time I'm either:

1. Playing ffxiv
2. Thinking about ffxiv
3. Making edits in my head about ffxiv

Currently I am obsessed with Evanescence and Spiritbox. Listening to Crystal Roses right now as I write this

I am new to website design but work as a Graphic Designer and want to further better my skillset. My goal for this site is to be more aware of the world around me for design and keep record of cool things. My whole life has been playing on playstation consoles (all the way from ps1 to ps5) as well as nintendo (game cube, gameboy, wii, etc I've probably played on most).

I refuse to use generative AI. Period.

In both my professional career and personal life as much as I am aware that it's not being used (websites and apps are sneaky with their usage sometimes)

I know that website creation is becoming obsolete with the rise of AI in the digital space like this, and I want to go through the more difficult route of learning coding like this to prove to myself that I do not need AI.

It is July 9th, 2026 and this is the start of my journey!
